Who we are

Blackwell and Son Janitorial provides commercial cleaning services in Santa Clara County, California. Contact: [email protected], PO Box 1882, San Jose, CA 95109.

What we collect

When you send a site visit request, we receive the details you enter: your name, company or property name, email, phone (if given), property city and street address (if given), the services you need, frequency, approximate floor area, cleaning needs, and preferred visit timing, plus the time of the request and a reference number.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a site visit, and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Where it is kept

Requests are processed and stored by our website host, Cloudflare, which also sends a copy to our business email inbox hosted by Google Workspace. We keep site visit requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up on quotes, then delete them. Only Blackwell and Son Janitorial and our website administrator can access them.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our host keeps standard technical logs and security measures to protect the site from abuse.

Your choices
